Jennie is a certified yoga teacher with over twenty years of teaching experience. She teaches anusarayoga, yinyoga, restorative yoga, meditation and mediyoga. She is specialized (and has a great passion) in pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga. Jennie also works with Healing Yoga - a therapeutic form of yoga based on her book Healing yoga (Lava 2017) focusing on the process of recovery from different types of trauma, both mental and physical.
